Over the counter and thus have a chat and know you get or transfer the money.
They keep saying open a card account or internet account and I say why? I see no benefit to me at all, it is a way for the financial institutes to reduce branches and staff.
Bit like the self checkout (retailers), I do not get a discount so will not utilise that exit strategy.
IQ is it important?
It depends if you wish to be what is expected or be what can be done.
