The only thing that I find stupid is your incoherent ramble that measures to be introduced to raise the level of the school population are, of themselves, stupid. And I see absolutely no relevance in the fact that Pyne was educated by the Jesuits. As I have stated numerous times on this site, I have no time for religion, but the Jesuits have a well established excellent reputation in education.
Any one with a glimmer of knowledge, is well aware that the muddled approach to education, in the past, needs a good and thorough cleanout. And Pyne is certainly the person with the courage, and intelligence, to clean out the education stables, and take on the dimwits who imposed the whole language approach on vulnerable school children.
