    Take particular attention to the last paragragh for a CXU connection.

    Let's hope CXU shareholders, particularly long term shareholders who bought the stock years ago when it was named Scimitar (SIM)are not going to be dudded in the process by some Nestor who looks after his own interests and not theirs.
