    because the enemy is within? PAN is no longer in charge of its destiny? there is no longer a takeover premium?
    we will be swallowed by IGO at a time of their choosing, just like we were to be swallowed by WSA at a time of their choosing
    IGO didn't bother with PAN, it just swallowed the slightly bigger fish that was about to take out PAN
