Yes, I do honestly believe there is a company out there who is in negotiations to merge with them, and that Polartechnics will not do so on unfavourable terms (nor would we let them when it came to a vote).

No, I do not believe there is a process going on whereby Polartechnics would allow themselves to effectively be bought out (why would they?).

If you are indeed truly concerned, rather than just **ssing into the wind, why don't you just ring the company and find out for yourself? They won't be able to give you details, but they will be able to assure you that what was released to the ASX was real and that discussions are ongoing, and that they're not going to sell themselves or anybody else down the gurgler.
