Why so many people selling now at under 2c let alone selling at 1.6c - there's a line of sellers at 1.6. Some people do strange things. They could accept offer on table 1.95c - or hold out for more. Selling now makes no sense unless desperate for cash. At a minimum, a bigger company sees the potential in the assets and has made an offer.
