    Hi Guys

    Dont put too much reliance on ASIC.

    A lot of ESG holders have lodged complaints with ASIC and the formal response has been that ASIC really only ensure that the process has been followed not that the offer is fair for all concerned.

    Their final advice was to make sure that all concerned shareholders vote and attend the meeting.

    They recommended speaking to a lawyer.
