One more thing I forgot to add

f) The landfill assets in both the UK and the US are not performing as well as they could. This is because either VIR management does not have sufficient control (UK operations are outsourced, albeit under the direction of VIR), VIR management is not strong enough, or a combination of these factors. My view is someone with Infinis or ENE's experience can maximise the performance of the existing assets and improve earnings.
