I agree. There is no way you can be certain that drilling costs are going to stay low. A lot of rigs have been written off,others stacked and workers are off finding other jobs. This would include head office workers who coordinate the rig and support vessel staff.
In my opinion it is going to take a while for it to build back up so if demand increases for the rigs the cost of these rigs might rise quickly.
They should definitely put a well into the FAN to see what is there in a sweeter spot.
