    Would love to know how the legal review went, what is the current status? Any changes required? What have NLC/NMDC commented on proceeding forward? Are they trying to rap it up within a timeframe?

    What is happening with the R and D ruling? What are the current communications? Have they given a timeframe upon which the ruling will be made? Negotiations have been going on for one and a half years, surely this suggests a positive outcome?
