Surely the one and only thing holding the SP back is waiting for the green light for mine development from the authorities?

There is a risk, however large or small, that Cortona do not get immediate agreement on 24/7 operations etc which are key to the economics of the mine right? I for one am hopeful that common sense and the positive job creation/income generation elements of the project for the local area will overcome the concerns regarding traffic etc that some residents have raised. But I guess you can never be certain.

Until such time this is like a coiled spring. Fingers crossed.
