Both good points. Does anyone know when this finance needs to be done by?
I'm looking at investing in this stock as it looks promising, but if there is a capital raising stock will most likely de-value, when it is announced won't it?, but if a loan is financed and announced who knows which way this will go then? (They have $7mil in cash so need to finance about $35mil to get to required $42mil.)
