Obviously more to this. I'm sure this isn't the first time a company terminated a deal, and I doubt they were suspended for 6 months because of it. In fact I would guess never.

6 months is serious issues imo.

I've tried to think of reasons and can't think of any. Can't be just that the ADX hasn't gotten around to it.

James Warren (and Mark Connelly) needs to take ownership and responsibility for all of this. Needs to extend the options and get this back to where we were before they went down the Dixie hole.

James and Mark hold numerous roles with other companies, probably a big part of the problem...this is just a side hustle...?
