One way or the other all employee entitlements are paid out.
The administrator will wait for a DOCA and then if funds are available pay out the employees. If there is not enough funds the Fed Govt scheme called GEERS steps in (you can google this for info)and pays out the gap or the total owing to employees.
Unfortunately both of these are not short term payouts. You will get it in the end you will just bear some pain unlike the MLK's of the world.
