The last time I bought in under $20 I averaged down again too soon. Now I wait until the SP falls at least 7% or even far more before topping up. That has been working much better. Actually, it was a WPL poster last year who made me stop and think about how I could do it better. Thanks.
The price is up on the day and other oilers have recovered a little. It may just be a dead cat event though.
