Would you agree that if the price goes down, there are more sellers than buyers? Again, "Economics 101", if you take out conspiracy theories and tin foil hats of course ; )
With the POG declining, I find articles saying that there is a shortage, or everyone is buying, difficult to accept.
I live in Perth, and bet I could easily buy a 100OZ bar of Silver at the Perth Mint, for the spot price plus their margin.
