    I only had a small holding- equates to $16Aud now- I want to sell so I have no US tax obligations.... but to sell will cost $25 according to paperwork.

    can I gift these to someone here...
    or to charity.
    will my $16 change- or us this a fixed AUD price for one off selling option?
