Hi W2, Plucker,

From my perspective, I would have appreciated the compnay letting shareholders know about their change in div policy. I've been a long time supporter of WSA (2000) and plan to be in the future. They possess truely world class assets.

However, I recently increased my holding in the company on the belief that management would deliver on their stated policy, deliver a fantastic div and the stock would be re-rated. I dont want to sound like I'm whinging, but as an investor/ shareholder, I just expected some notice.

That said WSA will deliver great div's in the future. I'm counting on it.
