I reckon it got done (or is being done). If they told the market it would be done and then subsequently discovered that it could not be done they would have to disclose it. There are quarterly activity reports every:
- January
- April
- July
- October
I reckon we'll find out about the bits you highlighted in the July report.
Also, Pre-30th June sell-off to realise losses is common. Still, it's very hard to watch.
