They won't cut rates (unless the markets crash) but they would be stupid to raise them now. For one thing if they do it will only add to inflation as rents, food and transport costs go up. Time the RBA take a break, unless of course they want to crash and burn the markets to kill off inflation once and for all (ie, recession). Besides, the banks have already raised their loan rates without the RBA.
