Hi Spired - I hope you're well. I appreciate that you are most likely an extremely busy person. I was hoping for 5-10 mind of your time (as you're at a director level in mining). I have a mining business question for you - that I am seriously struggling with: How does a mining company value a potential project?? Say a company was planning to do an IPO and sell down a percentage of their asset - how do the companies agree on what it is worth?? Is there a basic rule that an investor (like myself) could use to get a rough estimate of how much money the new company (IPO) would have to pay for the asset?? The COY in question is AEE Aura Energy and they are planning to list their Haggan project as an IPO. They intend to sell 20-30% - I am just trying to figure out how much that would be. Any information that you could share would greatly appreciated. Thank you. T
