    mo it is going to form a cup and handle pattern soon. It will reach 7 cents to form cup and then a small pull back to 6 cents to form a handle and then a big bang upward.

    It usually takes 3 to 6 months to form a cup and handle pattern or a suace pan pattern and the graph below shows a classical attributes of the the pattern.
