I also have much faith in the Libs ability to continue with the outsourcing of our manufacturing and other carbon intensive industrial processes to offshore so that our jobs and, let's be honest, our responsibility for our carbon foot print on this planet can be passed to other countries, who as you know, are not only heavy users of the fossil fuels produced by us, but also very apt with their vast .inhabited and sun and wind reach land masses at having the onus of decarbonizing their economies for the benefit of all of us.

I would say that that is perfectly understandable especially if you come from any of those little pacific island nations whose territories are running the risk of being swollen by the rising sea levels. As a matter of fact, only a mad person without any sense of self-preservation would like Australia to disappear in that way.
