better economic management for Aus.?

You could name a major strategy with say
a half dozen programs?

Keep in mind that the leading principle of Government
ought to be "The General Good".

Alternatively you could start with a "Mission Statement"

Eg: That Australia is and is seen as the wealthiest country in the World
and then proceed with strategies/programs to achieve that.
