Mr. Peter J. Ashcroft has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Cluff Resources Pacific NL (now Torian Resources) since December 9, 2008. Mr. Ashcroft is Commercial Law Specialist with over 30 years of experience. He is Owner and Principal of Ashlaw Legal Services, which is a specialized commercial legal practice focusing upon the provision of advice to natural resource companies, both in production and exploration stages, and logistic and transport businesses. He is familiar with mining and resource developments throughout Australia and has advised on joint ventures in Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, India, USA, Sweden, Ghana and Canada.
