Someone convince me that the share price will do anything but hover around 7 cents until the rights issue closes. This rights issue is fully underwritten so it is in the underwriters interest to have as few shareholders as possible put their hands in their own pockets. What better way to do this but sell down the price to around the offer price.

Whatever is going on behind the scenes at Tectonic will have to come out in the open soon. The significant changes to management, the significant buying of shares (positioning) during January, the manipulation of the share price down prior to the generous "knee jerk" discounted placement to "new investors"????, followed by the discounted underwritten rights issue......surely has some implications........or am I just a little paranoid.

If the new management are behind all this and it is not just "arms length" external market factors at play...I would like to know.

I appreciate the delicate (comercial in confidence) nature of negotiating off take agreements and funding deals where the other parties often want some cheap equity to benefit from the obvious upside of concluding these deals.

I had received an email saying the top 20 list on the website would be updated........that was a couple of weeks ago now.

This was the reply I received from a TTR staff member.

"Thank you for your email.

I have just received an updated version of the Shareholder list which I will be updating today."

Who stopped this from happening and why?

I also failed to receive responses on questions relating to the recent placement and the golden handshakes to Steve and Andy.

So FionaA....definitiely hold. Something is happenning behind the scenes and I think it will be positive even though I don't like the way it is being done!
