Also find it interesting that 23 million shares have been traded this month with a few particular days being the standouts. The only notifications which we would see as a result from this is if:
1. A director has been buying (which has been a common joke on HC for some time... as that never happens)
2. A substantial shareholder who is someone that owns more than 5% has modified their holding

There are currently only 2 substantial shareholders within TZL (and one is 5 million shares short) and they have not announced anything so I have no idea what is going on.
