good article thurlow - the funny thing is until a terrorists bomb goes off in a city somewhere the international community will remain divided and not put enough cross border intelligence and co operation into this - its that simple it is going to take 1m dead in some city somewhere to get global action to combat the secret trade.
The only other thing possible is to increase detection technology - develop new pressure tactics on rogue nations or even increase economic aid to such nations to hopefully reduce the need to sell nuclear technology - why china has not absorbed north korea or even increased the amount of economic fuel and food aid it gives to kth korea is beyond me. Lets just hope it isnt a city within australia that gets hit.
