Where does it ever state that mitsubishi is to pay mmx any money. I have found the progress payments are made to JH (separate entity) to mmx (owns 50%). Would these payments be for the next stage (concentrator etc) for the JH project and do not cover the costs. Maybe I have missed this info that you are stating but I have read all the announcements and have not found where any payments are made directly to MMX. Stating otherwise could be seen as misleading!
