I guess I'm not understanding " it is still part of aisc when costing" - it clearly will be part of the aisc when Sand King is mined but that's the future and NOT in the current aisc. Sand King is next door to Missouri so there should not be much cost in moving the machinery to Sand King but it will happen down the line unless they find a bonanza elsewhere in the meantime.
I guess I'm not understanding " it is still part of aisc when...
