Before the announcement: DCN mkt cap $184mil vs OBM $35mil. We're already priced like an explorer. We have $25mil cash and no debt, DCN has only $14mil.
Maybe if they announced production ceasing for OBM due to high costs, our share price might even go up due to the certainty around conserving cash from the loss making operations! The mill, infrastructure and tenements are surely all worth more than $15mil.
