Bear with me-I know its no 96 at the snack bar, but the Aussie didn't make it to Gladstone today.
I hope someone can confirm BPTs position.
The top 100 brings a lot of positives to BPT.
When they were clinging to the top 150, companies were not touching fearing they would drop.
Now they are financially doing well, they will attract super fund interest.
A lot of funds use the top 100 for their weighted portfolios, but after that the next 50 don't have much effect.
BPT should continue to move towards number 85 & with any takeover move, who knows.
The short selling of the past should lessen as long as they move north.
I am sure a number of funds have already pounced judging by the turnover increase since last Monday.
