Have to wait for the offer to close, company to determine shortfall (if any), issue statements etc etc. Check the key dates as per their Announcement re: rights issue.
You have to have held stock on 10/11/09 in order to be elegible for the entitlement offer.
You may either take up all your entitlement, take up part of your entitlement or take up none of your entitlement. Cannot take extra or trade your entitlement
