    1/ List new GNS and transfer good asset to new listed company (1 share of GNS will be equal 1 share of new listed company)
    2/ Let market decide the future of current GNS.

    This solution may save our investment.

    Who will invest in current GNS with 300m debt and revenue is about 20m or less?
