    I'm sure that was at me, but there's more than 2 sides to this.
    Stephen Fry is totally out of context and I would bet my life he would not apply those humorous thoughts in this particular instance. He would himself have been subject to discrimination most of his life.

    What you say to friends is totally different, you all obviously know you are joking.....unless you're serious. One of my black mates gets Token.

    This is no different really than the American Baptist preacher allowing his kids to stand on the footpath with signs that say God Hates Fags.

    Nobody seems to be able to tell the difference between a dig and xenophobia.

    Let's say you have a black mate, you're out on the town. Somebody calles him the N word....Are you offended or do you not care?
    Now if you said you'd feel offended, would you not also be offended if it was said to any black person? Because your mate can't be the only one exempt?
