"She is just stating she won't be having sex with a black man.

When I was young I had a beard, and when I went and asked a girl for a dance she replied "I don't like beards"

Was I offended? "No" it was her choice."

It's difficult to tell what she is actually saying. I thought she meant that the stereotype is that only black people in Africa have AIDS.

Though regardless as a PR exec she did something really stupid which calls into question her judgement so I think it's perfectly fine the company sacked her. PR win for them as well which equals $$$!
