It won't be as cheap as Thailand WiFi, that's comparing apples and oranges.
The following is a rough same of pricing. I wouldn't expect exact pricing until it actually hits your area. I've noted in other articles that if you're in hot Labor Federal seats you'll get it sooner! And because roll out is behind schedule most of Australia won't be covered until 2014 or so. So don't hold your breath.
Still, the pricing seems 'acceptable.' Which tier you pick depends on how desperate you are for your copy of Desperate Housewives each week. LOL
Most will probably choose the 2nd tier, 25MBS. The average Australian will down load pirate movies for their usage. And why not, at least you can download multiple movies and maintain a respectable rate, and still surf HC, not that HC or similar have any exceptional drag on speed.
