Furniture, definitely agree it's been frustrating. But that's why those who topped up at the bottom of the frustration (or at least hung in there) are starting to see reward for it (although in my case the rewards are paper money, because I ain't sellin')
Our volume today has been the highest in 12 months, including when the binding off-take was announced. Someone is definitely buying up. Hopefully it's a good name. Regardless, I do know it's definitely a great sign!
