The EGT agrees with both of you, that's why they signed the binding off-take more than 2 years in advance of getting any delivery. So I ask myself, why would they do that, when they could just buy graphite off an existing producer, or a near-term producer (think VXL or SYR)?
The answer is in those lovely, large flakes in this unique deposit! (although every graphite deposit is unique, some uniqueness is more valued than others).
