it all organic, that what so great about this business, their capital doesn't get ties down with expansion for long, store generates profit on the get go
in year one then they use that cash flow to expand more stores.
Store that doesn't perform get shut down really quick as they sign up short lease initially so, all their stores are mostly cash cow machine that keep throw excess cash to the mothership.
