Good quality rebuttal there. Really shook the very core of my beliefs.

I did see someone say polio, measles et al are all easy to diagnose. That's funny then why they all have a long list of differential diagnoses if none of them can possibly be confused with anything else.

Also weird that pre-vaccine we rarely required lab tests but they often become a requirement post-vaccine. If polio cannot be confused with anything else (eg GBS, MS) why do we need lab confirmation today?
