I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's blown away by this chart on the monthly but as you can see RTR's share price tracked the upper line of the bollinger without ever dipping below it. Looking at the MACD, you can see the equal match between the sellers and the buyers, and the line swipes with values of more than $300k at a time suggests to me that someone or a group have engaged with brokers to methodically suck in as much loose shares at the cheapest prices possible.
I'm not one for conspiracies but sophisticated investors would not be throwing large sums of money on speculative buys unless there is sufficient proof of a discovery, I have not ridden the CHN chairlift but damn it feels nice to be on RTR's right now.
