Legend International Holdings INc holds 50% of the company. A little research on Legend International reveals that it is led by Joseph Gutnick.
The key to the price rise in my opinion is the granting of the EL, reason being it took 7 years to be granted!!! Moreover now they have awarded for some company to start the DFS, which they believe is positive, and hence I think the market re-rating it, and more brokers jumping on the Spec Buy recommendation
