Are charts still applicable when the course of sales over the last couple of days, I understand low volumes but when sales go thought of 1 to 20 shares on individual trades, those trades wouldn't cover brokerage, besides most people have restrictions on min $ per trade. Is this manipulation and do charts still have relevance
