Unless this accusation escalates to the level where it is backed up by facts, I see no reason why ATI is obliged to defend itself.
Sure, there has been no official reply from ATI, but at the same time Vinacomin has neither confirmed nor denied what was alleged by VietNamNet, and for that reason it remains hearsay.
Regardless of ATI's legal position, MM needs to be very careful how he handles this matter as one wrong move could see the entire project compromised.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't!
Either way, I'm confident MM will handle this matter in the best interests of steakholders.
