    Min. would appear to be an ideal corporate raider....I am sure the deal they announced on 24th December has this thinking factored in....it certainly crossed my mind when the announcement was made...

    Don't disagree risks associated with this stock...but appears ATI is possibly at right place at right time with right person on board.......
