are we there yet

Its nearly Feb and I thought we were to deliver 500 Mauls to the PNGs.
Anybody know whats going on.
My understanding is this surposed contract hasn,t even been signed by the PNGs let alone any weapons produced.
In all my years of investing I,ve never seen a company jerked around like MST.
It looks to me like Maul will be joining the long list of MSTs pie in the sky dreams.
Was watching an old program of Future Weapons.
MST so much promise so little delivered.
Pls don,t take this as a downramp,how can you downramp a company that struggles to hold 1c.
