It's OK zeek, have my own favourite spots.

Not trick photography, I was rock fishing just down from my house, in a relatively difficult location, when this amazing freak set of waves hit me...6 in all.

I like to tell people that I caught schnapper and 6 waves at this spot...LOL.

The rocks are about 4 meters above sea level and normally, the waves barely wet the rocks. To get there, you have to cross very difficult terrain, which basically meant that I couldn't simply run for cover.

The waves broke on the rocks about 2m in front of where I was standing, fortunately however, a small outcrop stood between me and the waves, taking most of the force...even so, the weight and force of the water hitting me was incredible and I was very lucky not to get washed away.

My lovely lady just happened to be taking a photo of me when the first wave hit...she kept shooting and we now have a great series on the wall.

I don't mind saying I was absolutely pertified.
