You need to do your DD a bit more as there wont be a problem with CZN to get the option on TUR.
Border Explorations is a private company owned and managed by BRETT SMITH and guess who the MD of CZN is. Brett Smith of course. Can you see a problem with this and a possible default in order to not take up the option on TUR.
This way he has 100% control on the TUR stake at hand until they know what they have and think of JV after which will be a WIN_WIN for all.
Handing over million of shares to Border will only keep them in with not only 25% stake in the JV as the vendor but as possibly the largest SHER. The way I see it and is extremely good for CZN as a whole.
