Has the design been completed?(Cutting and shutting on site is an expensive exercise)
Have the supplier contracts for SMPE(Structural,Mechanical,Piping and Electrical) been let?
Is there a construction time frame?
What is the date for for commissioning?
What is the acceptance criteria for this project
What date has been set for practical completion?
I'm not an avid visitor to this site so I might have missed the answers to these questions. I would suggest that ESI should at this stage be able to address these questions with out any confidentiality conflicts.
